Plot:
After her sister vanished in her vacation, clara tried to find out the answers for mysterious disappearance. Clara and her friends tried to seek answers by visiting the same valley and they were chased by a killer. The killer killed one by one and they woke up again on the same night and the loop started.
To escape from this, they had to survive till dawn and escape from the place. Clara and her friends tried several ways to survive till dawn.
Positives:
We had seen several loop movies like Edge of Tomorrow, Happy Death day, Russian Doll, Manaadu etc., The mixer of supernatural elements and loop elements seemed a different attempt. The director David and the writers Gary and Blair tried to give a decent product and they succeeded at some point.
Negatives:
The loop must had a purpose. So, we were unable to comprehend the purpose here. The flash back portions were not clearly portrayed. They need to sketch more details for Wendigos. There was no direct antagonist in this film.
Overall, Until Dawn (2025) is an engaging horror movie with few unclear answers.
